In 1982 the branch established a Named Endowment for Sister Claire Dunn and Sister Judith Lovechik who were killed in an automobile accident. The two members were very active in branch activities.  Sister Dunn was a state legislator and Sister Lovechik was her Office Assistant.  In 1992 the accumulated donations were transferred to an AAAUW Funds Research and Projects Grant. This fund was completed in 1998.

The Virginia Palmer, Claire Norton, and Marian Ketchum  AAUW Funds Research and Projects Grant was established in 2003.  This grant honored these three members who demonstrated  visionary leadership in the 1980s.   This fund was completed in 2006.
