The Executive Committee and Standing Committee chairs make up the Tucson AAUW branch Board of Directors.  There is also an appointed ex officio position (Parliamentarian).  Ad hoc committees are updated on a yearly needs basis.

Officer elections for President, VP for Program and Treasurer are held in odd-numbered years.  In even-numbered years officer elections are held for President-elect,  VP for Membership and Recording Secretary.  Elections in these specific years provide for continuity in Board leadership.
